With the participation of wind power in grid frequency modulation, fatigue load turbine increases accordingly. A new control method that considers both and output (WT) is proposed this paper. linear active disturbance rejection (LADRC) designed applied for pitch angle reduction control. The particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm used to optimize parameters controller, total variation shaft torque tower bending moment added construct a objective function further reduce turbine. design-optimized controller validated on 5 MW SimWindFarm. simulation results show LADRC can accurately track reference turbine, fluctuation improve service life
